Scope of Work

Feldman Design Studios is a versatile Landscape Design firm. It's our job and passion to help our clients create the landscape of their dreams.

The Feldman Design services range from informal one-hour consultation visits to the full-scale development of landscape plans. We also obtain bids and supervise installations to insure that your landscape is completed to our design standards.

Consultation

A designer meets with the client on site to discuss the possibilities for the site. During this consultation you can pick our brains for bed layout, spatial organization, plant selection and other creative ideas. No formal plan results from this option.

Blueprint of Spatial Concepts and Planting Design

This is a drawing that shows the general layout of beds, walls, patios and feature items in a master plan. Included is a planting plan with specific plant choices.

Detailed construction plans and specifications are available.

Project Administration

We provide a turn-key supervised installation in cooperation with Rohde's Nursery. For services that Rohde's does not provide, we can arrange for and supervise other contractors. We also work with quality irrigation, lighting, and swimming pool contractors.
